Brian over at the
WEBstaurantStore's Blog made a great post recently about some of the new realizations coming about in the way the consumers are looking at menus, this coming from a San Francisco State University study. These new insights will be sure to change menu designs on the the actual menu, and also on website menu designs.
As it turns out, as seen by the menu eye scan graphic, the pattern of scanning is much more linear than previously thought.
