Do You Have a Nose for Branding?

This article on the WEBstaurantStore Blog asks the question, "What is your aroma strategy".  When I started reading this, I thought it would be more about attracting customers. How many times have you been lured to the cinnamon roll shop at the mall because of the smell?  Smell is a great attractor.  But the blogger, Chris Ballantine took a different approach.

Smell is very connected to memory.  What do you want from branding? You want your brand to stick in people's minds. That is where Chris is coming with this article. Interesting read:
